Something that affects our water quality a lot is not throwing away our trash and littering/throwing trans in our water supplies areas. Not recycling also harms our water. The piles of trash on “trash islands” don’t just disappear and the trash falls into our water instead of being re-used. To help this problem, I think we could help by using previously owned items, such as clothes at a thrift store. I personally have a few pieces of thrifted clothes and I think it really does make a difference.
