A consistent way I try to reduce my Plastic output

I wished to share a way I am able to consistently minimize my overall plastic consumption and impact on the world. Like many people I find it necessary to constantly carry a large bottle of fluid around, or else I struggle to stay hydrated. I find it difficult to commit to bottles with seals, flip tops, and straws, as I think they are difficult to put into the dishwasher and often harbor mold under silicone seals and such. I have a strong preference of sports drinks and I used to stock up on bottles of it when I would find it on sale at a ridiculously low price. When I learned that I could get tablets, I chose to commit to using them instead of a new bottle each time. I cycle with bottles of water refilled from the refrigerator filtered dispenser, which also helps me consume less sport drink. Every other day or so, I spray it with my household bottle of bleach & dish liquid solution and use my bottle brush to keep it sanitary. I also feel like if I leave it behind somewhere, it's not such a loss as compared to the bottles I see people carrying and using often. It has been very convenient for air travel as well.
