This reusable cup goes along with me almost everyday whether it’s in my car, purse or backpack. Most of the time cafes in my local area are more than happy to fill up my cup with the beverage of my choice, instead of the single use waste created by plastic or paper and plastic cups. This is not always the case, but it is extremely helpful to try to ask or to show that you have a reusable cup because it may inspire others around you such as other customers, the staff, or even the owner of the shop. When a cafe or restaurant is not allowed to use my cup I usually don’t get too upset because I know that most of the time I’m saving cups from being used, so to not get it right every time is ok to me. Trying to do our best is all we can do. I also happen to use it as a little water bottle once I'm done with my drink. I’ve noticed a lot more water fill up stations around, and so this is an even more perfect time to carry it with me. It fits in my purse, it’s durable, and I plan to use it for as long as I can until it needs to be replaced.
