This is my most recent effort to reduce microplastics in my home. The yellow pan is "enameled non stick." A lie from the manufacturer as they are lined with non stick PFAS. The stainless steel pans were a gift. They are now my forever pans that have no PFAS and will lessen my exposure to microplastics.
