This is my hydroflask reusable water bottle that I have used for over 3 years now. It is capable of holding 32 fluid ounces of liquid, which is around double the amount of liquid the average single use plastic bottle can hold. The only liquid I drink besides water is my single cup of coffee in the morning, so staying hydrated is a big priority for me. I tend to re fill my bottle around 4-6 times per day which saves up to 12 plastic bottles from being used. Not only is it more convenient, but it is environmentally friendly. I would recommend that everyone utilize a reusable water bottle!
