Something I’ve done to help reduce using so much plastic is using more re-usable cups!. Instead of continuously using more and more cups and just throwing them away, a simple yet effective way to help reduce it, is to just use a re-usable cup such as a water bottle. It saves a lot of unneeded plastic.
